After months of work and a lot of dedication, we are thrilled to introduce our brand-new online shop. With faster loading times, a more user-friendly navigation, and an improved search, you can now find your new favorite bag even more quickly and easily.
You are still shopping directly at wardow.com – now with a new design and a faster, smoother shopping experience. The previous WARDOW shop will continue to run temporarily until all country-specific shops have been fully migrated. Once your country has moved to the new shop, you will be automatically redirected to the new platform. This ensures a seamless transition for all our customers.
What happens to my existing customer account?
Your customer account will be transferred to the new shop. All previous orders, invoices, warranties, and bonus points remain valid. Fully completed orders from the last two years will be migrated for documentation purposes. Your bonus points from the previous system are safe – they will be converted to WARDOW Club points with a slight delay and automatically credited to your account.
Your data is secure with us: the new shop meets all current data protection and security standards (GDPR).
New login – simple, secure and password-free
We’ve simplified the login process for you. You can continue to use your familiar email address – no password is required. Instead, you’ll receive a one-time code via email when you log in. Enter the code – and you’re instantly logged in.
