Excellent sturdy stylish rucksack

"I’ve been very happy with the Pickwick, the materials and craftsmanship are first rate, the laptop sleeve works well and is well padded, and, the main reason I chose the rucksack, the straps are simple and unfussy. I have a number of excellent hiking rucksacks including daysacks but for daily use they have too many straps. Coming from those packs I have had to get used to using a subdivided main compartment, so carrying a single large item is less convenient. Other than that though the Pickwick has been all I hoped."

Klassiker, dem Detaillösungen fehlen

"Die Verarbeitung dieses Rolltop Rucksacks ist tadellos und die Optik zwar wie immer Geschmackssache, aber ich mag das schlichte Design sehr. Das Volumen würde ich nicht unbedingt als ""Large"" bezeichnen. Für Laptop, Regenjacke, Kleinkram in der inneren Reißverschlusstasche, ggf. noch ein kleines U-Lock Schloss in dem kleinen Außenfach und eine Trinkflasche reicht es, aber dann ist die Kapazität auch weitgehend ausgeschöpft. Dafür ist dieser Rucksack schlussendlich auch leicht transportierbar. Starkregen brauchte ich zum Glück noch nicht in Punkto Wasserfestigkeit testen, aber ein kleiner Schauer macht dem Rucksack nach eigener Erfahrung nichts aus. Für einen Fahrradrucksack fehlen mir indes ein paar Details, die andere Hersteller besser lösen, z. B. eine Tasche oder ein dezentes Netz an den Außenseiten für eine Trinkflasche. Ein vernünftiger und robuster Halter zum Aufhängen bei Nicht-Gebrauch oder eine extra Öse für einen Schlüssel-Karabiner im Inneren. Außerdem ist der Brustgurt wirklich sehr, sehr kurz geraten. Wer aber mit diesen kleinen Mankos leben kann, bekommt einen zeitlos schönen Rucksack in sehr guter Verarbeitung."

"Sehr wertig und schön geformt. Das alte hellere Grau gefiel mir besser, Dieses ist recht dunkel, aber trotzdem behalten. Ich habe 4 von der Sorte, sie passen einfach zu jedem Outfit, ob schicker oder leger. Hoffe, er wird immer wieder neu aufgelegt."

"Der Rucksack ist sehr geräumig und auch qualitativ einwandfrei. Auch wenn man damit im Regen unterwegs ist, bleibt innen alles trocken. Allerdings hätten die Tragriemen und der Schließriemen gerne auch in grün gehalten werden können, das hätte nochmal besser ausgesehen."
